What is Soouya policy on refund?

Soouya values every customer and works hard to provide customers with an enjoyable experience using Soouya products and services. Soouya provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for most products.

Most Soouya software offers a free trial version, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase. The trial version offers free scan and preview with only a limitation of no recovery or export. This should help users to determine whether the software works as expect and satisfies purchase demand.

Circumstances of no refund:

1. The request for a refund is made more than 30 days after the date of purchase .

2. Part of a bundle.

3. Did not receive order confirmation e-mail and registration code in time, and didn't try online support or contact staff assistance.

4. Request refund for technical trouble, but fail to cooperate by providing details for troubleshooting.

5. Refund request based on dissatisfaction caused by misunderstanding of the product's functions and capabilities.

6. Purchase of wrong products, followed by the purchase of products from another company.

7. The purchase was made without the payers’ consent. If someone other than you made the purchase by using your credit card, Paypal account, etc. without your knowledge or consent, please contact the relevant payment service to get refunded.

Circumstances eligible for refund:

1. Duplicate purchase.

2. Mistaken order followed by ordering a correct product from Soouya.

3. Fatal technical issues with the software that could not be resolved within 30 days.

How to get refund?

If you request a refund, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price, in the currency in which you made the purchase. We do not charge any kind of fee for this service.

You could first send an email to our support team support@soouya.com for your convenience. Please do attach your activation code and log files which you could access on the home page of RecoveryMaster program. Our technical support team would check the details for you and get back to you as soon as possible in order to resolve your issue quickly and without complication. If our support team helps you to confirm the technical issues with the software which our support can’t provide solutions to you indeed, a response and refund will be issued to you.

Technical Problems

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please:

Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Disc Version: Destroy the disc, then uninstall the software from your computer.

Soouya will issue refunds either to the credit card, bank or PayPal account used in the purchase. Depending on the user's bank situation, refunds may take 48 to 72 hours to be credited.
